3 c. cubed chicken
1 bunch or box broccoli, steamed
2/3 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/3 c. low-fat evaporated milk
1/2 c. low-fat grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Arrange broccoli in an 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with nonstick oil. Top broccoli with chicken. Combine remaining ingredients (except bread crumbs) and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
