Corn Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. corn
    2 Tbsp. pimentos
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into mixture.
    Bake in greased casserole 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
