Guacamole Del Norte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe avocados
    6 canned, drained green Mexican tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion or 1 clove garlic, mashed
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
    2 or more canned serrano chiles, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Whirl all in blender.
    Put in dish with avocado pit in center. This keeps guacamole from turning dark.
    Makes about 2 cups.
