Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. milk
    1 small can creamed corn
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 chopped onion
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except grated cheese.
    Pour half of batter into greased and heated 10-inch skillet.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Add remaining batter.
    Sprinkle with rest of grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
