Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 c. real lemon juice
1 tsp. strawberry extract
1 box Jell-O (strawberry)
Preparation

Mix or beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in milk. Stir in lemon juice, strawberry extract and Jell-O.
Pour into a prepared crust.
Chill for 3 hours.
Top with chopped fresh or frozen strawberries.
Refrigerate.
