Squash And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1/3 c. light cream or milk
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender; drain well.
    Mash with fork or potato masher.
    Add salt, pepper, butter and light cream or milk.
    Let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
