Turkey Meat Loaf(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. egg substitute
1 small onion, diced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. skim milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; place in loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, until done.
