Tuna Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tuna fish
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
dash hot sauce
1 c. cornmeal
1 egg
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; drop by large tablespoon out onto a thin layer of meal in plate.
Sprinkle top; take fork and mash out thin and flat.
Fry in hot oil just enough to cover bottom of skillet.
When that side is brown, turn over and brown other side, 2 1/2 minutes at most on each side.
Delicious with beans.
