Pumpkin Muffins(Egg Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Prepare pans for 24 cupcakes.
    Mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
    In a large bowl, mix sugar and pumpkin; add oil and mix again.
    Add flour mixture to large bowl, beating as needed.
    (Add in 3 pans.)
    Pour batter into pans. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until done.
    Test with a toothpick.
