Roast Chicken Oriental Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch leaf lettuce
    1 roast chicken, thinly sliced
    1 bunch green onions with tops
    12 spring roll wrappers (lumpia)
    hot Chinese mustard
    toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into bite size pieces; arrange on a platter. Layer chicken over lettuce.
    Slice green onions lengthwise into 2-inch strips.
    Arrange around edge of lettuce.
    Place spring roll wrappers in a vegetable steamer rack over boiling water; steam 3 to 5 minutes or until hot or wrap spring roll wrappers in a damp dish towel and steam 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave.
    Remove to a napkin lined basket.
