Rivel Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium to large potatoes, sliced
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
chicken or beef broth
Preparation

Put sliced potatoes into the broth and bring to a boil.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Combine the flour, salt and beaten egg and mix together with the fingers until mixture is crumbly.
Pour this mixture into the boiling broth and cook about 10 minutes.
