Seafood Cracker Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) 1% low-fat carton cottage cheese
    1 c. Kraft fat-free mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Weight Watchers cream cheese spread
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can king crab meat, drained
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can cocktail shrimp, drained
Preparation
    In a blender, combine low-fat cottage cheese, cream cheese spread, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Remove from blender and mix in seafood; cover and chill.
    Serve with non-fat saltine crackers. Yields 2 1/2 cups (ten 1/4-cup servings).
