Cocoa Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. boiling water
    pinch of salt
    1 c. rich cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Blend the sugar, milk and syrup and boil to soft ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Add the cocoa, dissolved in the boiling water.
    Add the butter and cocoa.
    Cook.
    Add the 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar.
    Beat until mixture is a creamy consistency.
    Pour into buttered pan.
