Mock Zucchini Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. shredded zucchini
1 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Old Bay to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Combine
all
ingredients and mix well.
Fry in hot fat until brown on both sides.
