Indian Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. raw rice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. raisins or soaked dry plums
Preparation
    Wash rice; add all the ingredients, except the eggs.
    Separate eggs.
    Beat egg whites until very stiff.
    Add yolks and fold into the rice mixture.
    Spoon into casserole dish.
    Bake in slow 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 oven for 2 hours, stirring several times.
