Spicy Turkey Roast(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. whole boneless turkey breast
    10 large garlic cloves
    3 Tbsp. rosemary
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Lay turkey out as flat as possible on cutting board, skin side down.
    Combine spices in a food processor and turn on.
    Add oil, processing until coarsely chopped.
    Spread half of garlic mixture on inside of turkey and re-roll.
    Spread rest on outside of turkey and wrap firmly with micro-safe plastic film.
    Poke holes in film with a fork in 3 places.
    Microwave on High 10 minutes; turn roast over.
    Microwave on Medium for 40 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
