San Dee Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. pkg. navy beans
2 c. shredded carrots
2 medium onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
stringed ham (picnic)
Preparation
-
Place all ingredients in a large pot.
Cover with water.
Cook several hours.
Cover the pot halfway through cooking process. Add water as needed.
Serve with cornbread and cole slaw.
