Fresh Apple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker SuperMoist yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 large cookies, pared and thinly sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix dry cake mix, margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.
    Reserve 2/3 cup crumbly mixture. Press remaining crumbly mixture in bottom of an ungreased pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
    Arrange apple slices on mixture in pan.
    Beat sour cream and egg until well blended; spread over apples.
    Sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until topping is light golden brown.
    Cool.
    Makes 16 servings.
