Texas Two-Step Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1 1/2 c. picante sauce
    3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard.
    Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over rice.
