Mayhaw Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayhaw jelly
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 large onion, sliced
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (16 oz.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    1/4 lb. thinly sliced ham
    1 tsp. cornmeal
Preparation
    Mix together mayhaw jelly, mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.
    Set aside.
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Place dough on lightly greased baking sheet; pat into 15 x 10-inch rectangle.
    Arrange ham and onion lengthwise down center.
    Drizzle half of sauce over ham. Moisten all edges of dough with water. Bring each long edge of dough to center; press edges together securely to seal.
    Seal ends.
    Brush dough with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Sprinkle with cornmeal and invert.
    Brush top with remaining butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 28 minutes.
    Serve remaining sauce on sides.
    Yields 4 servings.
