Cheese And Ham Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box Elbow Macaroni
    1 cup of sharp Cheddar (grated)
    1 c. sharp cheese
    1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 lb. ham, cut up into small pieces
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    6 eggs
    2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions.
    Drain well and place into mixing bowl.
    Add grated cheeses, reserving 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top.
    Stir in cheeses until melted.
    Stir in margarine, eggs paprika, salt, pepper; no need to beat first, just stir well to distribute evenly.
    Add milk. Mixture will be fairly liquid.
    Pour into a 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle reserved cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until set.\tServe.
