Chicken Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 manicotti shells
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook manicotti shells according to package directions.
    Drain and set aside.
    Mix 1/2 can soup with 1/4 cup sour cream in large bowl.
    Add chicken and stir well.
    Stuff manicotti shells with chicken mixture.
    Place in lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Melt butter over medium-low heat in skillet.
    Saute mushrooms and onions until tender.
    Add remaining soup and sour cream in skillet until heated through.
    Pour mushroom and soup mixture over manicotti. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle cheese over top and bake an additional 5 minutes.
