Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided in half
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can Durkee French fried onions, divided in half
Preparation
    Combine the vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can of French fried onions.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with the remaining cheese and onions; bake an additional 5 minutes.
