Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. undiluted canned milk
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1/4 c. pimento
    1 can crescent rolls
    grated cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.
    Blend in flour, mustard and salt.
    Gradually stir in canned milk.
    Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add tuna and pimento.
    Line a baking dish with crescent roll dough.
    Pour tuna mixture over dough.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove foil for last 5 minutes.
