Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 wieners
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. (1 lb.) green beans, drained
    2 c. diced cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Cut wieners into short thin strips.
    Saute in melted oleo in large skillet; remove.
    Stir flour and salt into remaining oleo. Gradually blend in milk.
    Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until thick and smooth.
    Add meat and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
