Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. cornstarch
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. softened margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar. Set aside.
In mixer on medium speed, beat margarine until smooth. Gradually add dry mixture until blended, then add vanilla.
Mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Shape dough in 1-inch balls * and place them 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are light brown.
Makes 6 dozen.
