Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions
    1 1/2 lb. beef cubes, lean
    Accent
    salt and pepper
    1 glass water
    3 carrots
    3/4 to 1 lb. fresh string beans
    4 potatoes
    season to taste
    1 can mushroom gravy
Preparation
    Dice or chop onion, brown.
    Brown beef cubes on very high flame.
    Add Accent (pinch), salt and pepper after meat is brown all over.
    Add water to cover meat.
    Add carrots diced in large pieces; add string beans cut in half.
    Add potatoes, diced; season to taste.
    Add mushroom gravy 1/2 hour to 3/4 hour later.
    Let cook 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until done.
