Ingredients

6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fruit vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Whisk or shake to emulsify.
Toss with salad and serve immediately or use as a dressing for pasta, allowing time for pasta to absorb the vinaigrette.
