Bulgarian Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Shoepeg corn
1 can small party peas
1 can French-style green beans
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
a little pimento (for color)
Preparation

Combine corn, peas and green beans that have been drained with remaining vegetables.
Heat sugar, vinegar, salad oil, salt and pepper until sugar is dissolved.
Cool and then pour over vegetables.
Keep in refrigerator. Stir 2 or 3 times to mix dressing and vegetables.
