Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 c butter
    2 c cashews
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    2 (10 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown onion in the butter in a skillet. Add 1 cup of the cashews, chicken and soup (undiluted). Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Top each serving with cashews.
