Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crab meat
    4 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. crackers or cracker meal
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 tsp. pepper
    onion salt
    celery salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Soak crackers in milk.
    Mix dry ingredients into crab meat; add margarine and mix well.
    Mix cracker mixture into crab mixture.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into crab mixture. Make into cakes and fry in oil.
