Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium Irish potato
    1 box 10x powdered sugar
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Boil potato until done.
    Remove skin and mash with fork, adding sugar, until dough is formed.
    Roll out on wax paper and spread with peanut butter.
    Roll dough up like a jelly roll. Refrigerate and chill completely.
    Cut in 1/2-inch slices.
