Potato Casserole Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    5 or 6 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Scrub
    potatoes.
    Cook\tin
    salted
    water until tender. Drain. Cool, peel and mash coarsely.
    Add sour cream, onions, milk, salt,
    pepper and cheese.
    Pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine
    melted
    margarine and bread crumbs; spread over potatoes for topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
