Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 can hot enchilada sauce
1 can mild enchilada sauce
2 c. Pace picante sauce
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
10 or 12 corn tortillas
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion and green onion; add garlic and pepper for spice, then drain. Mix in a separate bowl both enchilada sauces, picante sauce and cumin. Grate cheese and mix them together. Soften tortillas in microwave. Spoon hamburger in shell; add some cheese in shell, then roll the shell. Place in square baking pan. Continue until all shells are filled; pour sauce mixture over top of enchiladas. Add rest of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
