Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    10 slices white bread*
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    *Use 12 slices if the slices are thin.
    Remove the crust and cut bread into cubes.
