Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. rice
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 small chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Wash and drain rice.
    Heat pan on stove on medium heat.
    Add oil in pan.
    Saute chopped onion and pepper, about 1 minute.
    Add chopped tomatoes and mix together for another minute.
    Also add salt to taste.
    Add rice and mix well.
