Highland Flummery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Scotch whiskey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. clear honey
    1/2 pt. double cream (300 ml)
    oatmeal (for sprinkling)
Preparation
    Blend the whiskey, lemon juice and honey (to thin the honey). Add double (heavy) cream and whisk until thick and light.
    Spoon into 6 individual serving glasses.
    Chill for several hours. Lightly toast oatmeal for a few minutes under grill or in a dry frying pan.
    Sprinkle a pinch over each glass.
    May be accompanied by sponge finger cookies, if desired.
