Ma Stouts Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1- lb. cheese, cut small
    2 or 3 stacks crackers
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. bacon, crumbled
    1- can cream corn
    2- medium onions, chopped
    18 to 20 green peppers
    1 qt. tomatoes, chopped
    Pinch of salt
    1/2 c. bacon grease
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients using only one stack of crackers.
    Adding the other stack as needed.
    Put peppers in water bath and boil them till light green.
    Cool.
    Remove seed.
    Stuff peppers and place in a long pan.
    Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Makes about 18 to 20 peppers.
