Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. macaroni
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. grated cheese (sharp or extra-sharp)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook, drain and rinse macaroni.
    Melt the 4 tablespoons of butter and add flour; blend on low heat.
    Slowly add milk; bring to the boiling point, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese; cook until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
