Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1 Tbsp.)
    1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Soak dry onion in 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice.
    Mix all ingredients together with hands (except nuts).
    Shape into a ball and roll in nuts.
    Serve with crackers.
