Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
food coloring (any color you desire)
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Using a mint mold, make roses, leaves, etc.
Roll small ball in granulated sugar before putting into mold.
Freeze ahead; store in refrigerator.
