Strufoli(Italian Finger Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    salad oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 3/4 c. honey
    multi-colored nonpareils
Preparation
    Day before or up to 2 weeks before serving, in large bowl, whisk eggs, 1/2 cup oil and salt.
    Gradually stir in 2 cups flour and baking powder; mix well.
    With hands, knead in remaining flour.
    Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and cut into 20 equal portions.
    With hands, roll into pencil-shaped sticks.
    With floured knife, cut sticks into 1/4-inch pieces.
