Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
2 large baking potatoes, each cut lengthwise into 12 wedges (about 1 1/2 lb.)
2 tsp. seasoning blend (such as Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic)
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spread oil on a jelly-roll pan.
Place potatoes wedges on pan.
Sprinkle with seasoning; toss gently to coat.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle with salt.
Yields 4 servings of
wedges.
