Great-Grandma Gracie'S German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boiled potatoes, diced
    celery, diced
    2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 minced onion
    4 slices fried bacon
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Dice potatoes.
    Add celery, hard-boiled eggs and onion.
    Beat 2 eggs.
    Add sugar, dry mustard, vinegar, water, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into hot bacon and fat and stir until it thickens (about 10 minutes).
    Pour onto potato mixture and toss lightly.
