White Bean And Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15.5 oz.) cans Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 or 2 jalapeno chili peppers, halved, seeded and chopped
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 c. guacamole (optional)
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Measure 1 cup beans; place in medium saucepan.
    Mash slightly with fork.
    Add remaining beans, chicken, jalapeno, broth and pepper; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in sour cream and cilantro.
    (Top each serving with guacamole.)
