3 Day Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 to 7 lb. beef brisket
 
celery salt
onion salt
Worcestershire sauce
liquid smoke
2 bottles Chris and Pitts barbecue sauce
Preparation
- 
                            First Day:
 
Sprinkle beef with celery and onion salts.
Place in large pan lined with heavy-duty foil (large enough to tightly fold).
Add 1/2 bottle of liquid smoke and refrigerate.
