Hot Crab Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

In a skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter; blend in flour. Add milk all at once.
Cook until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in crab meat, eggs, pimiento, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Spoon mixture into 6 individual casseroles or baking shells.
