Blueberry-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. morsels of wheat bran cereal
    1 c. milk
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
Preparation
    Combine cereal and 1 cup milk; let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine eggs, butter and 1/2 cup milk; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Gently stir in cereal mixture and blueberries.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 2 dozen.
