Pineapple Inside-Out Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine sugar and eggs.
Beat until fluffy.
Add flour, soda and beat well.
Stir in pineapple and vanilla. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool and top with frosting.
