Jay'S Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese and salt in a bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in a bag, coating potatoes well.
    Melt margarine in a shallow baking dish.
    Add potatoes and bake at 375\u00b0 about 1 hour, or microwave by cooking on High for 11 minutes covered with wax paper.
    Slip in regular oven to brown, about 10 minutes.
